Job Overview
The IT Services Technician will be responsible for providing IT services to all Rightworks staff. Under supervision of the Manager of IT Services, the IT Services Technician will respond to IT support requests, configure system accounts, assist in solving IT problems, and will aid all team members for any related IT Services supporting Rightworks staff. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Windows 10, Windows 11 and Macintosh systems, proven IT application knowledge, excellent communications skills, manage time effectively, and have strong collaboration skills.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters.
Responsibilities
Imaging laptops and workstations
New account configuration and setup across multiple internal and external SaaS applications
Setup workstations for new hire employees
Maintains and repairs laptops, surfaces, iPad, desktops, Macs, mobile devices, and other computer peripherals
Documents, upgrades, and replaces PC hardware and software systems
Provides support to end users on a variety of technical issues through Service Desk ticketing system
Provides user support for all applications
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
Responds to telephone calls, email, and messaging channels for technical support
Requirements
1-2 years related work experience in IT support environment
Knowledge and experience with PCs and Macintosh hardware and software
Microsoft desktop operating systems and Macs
Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Administration
Knowledge of Active Directory Services
Understanding of Microsoft Intune, a plus

Eligibility Requirements
This role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States. Rightworks LLC is unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Relocation will not be offered for this position.
