Job Overview:
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across the organization. You will work closely with leadership and HR teams to evaluate compensation strategies, market trends, and internal equity to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Nashua, NH headquarters.
Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy: Develop, analyze, and recommend compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs to ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards.
Salary Benchmarking: Conduct regular market research/ salary surveys to compare and analyze pay practices/trends and recommend adjustments based on industry trends, cost of living changes, and internal data.
Salary Recommendations: Provide recommendations for salary offers, internal pay equity, and adjustments based on market trends, internal factors, and performance reviews.
Job Evaluation & Analysis: Evaluate new and existing roles to determine appropriate compensation levels based on responsibilities, qualifications, and market data.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local laws, including wage and hour regulations, tax laws, and equal pay legislation.
Data Management: Maintain and analyze compensation data, and create reports to track trends, internal equity, and compensation costs.
Employee Communication: Assist in communicating compensation-related information to employees, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive structures.
Performance & Incentives: Support the design and administration of bonus, incentive, and commission structures that align with business objectives and drive performance.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and recommend improvements to compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, fair, and sustainable.
Systems: Responsible for leading the integration and implementation of a compensation system (LaborIQ) along with other compensation dashboards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR function.
Strong understanding of compensation principles, market data analysis & benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ADP HRIS systems; experience with compensation management software is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data with discretion.
Eligibility Requirements
This role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States. Rightworks LLC is unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Relocation will not be offered for this position.
Compensation
Our Compensation range for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, and is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
