Job Overview
As a part of the Sales Support Team, you will build relationships and engage in high-level business conversations with all channels of our existing customer base. This includes discussing all offerings that we can provide, including but not limited to, Rightworks package upgrades, Intuit products, Managed Security, and Microsoft 365. You will act as the initial point of contact for all customers calling into the Sales Team, making sure their basic needs are met and more in-depth sales conversations are scheduled with our Account Executive teams.
Customer success, technical support, lead generation, sales and or/upselling experience is preferred but not required.
This is a remote work position.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Uncover customer’s needs – account management questions, product or service changes, additional product/service needs
- Work to resolve customer’s issue – process simple requests (sales or account related), warm transfer to Technical Support, schedule meeting with an Account Executive
- Recommend additional products/services to current customers
- Meet or exceed management expectations for productivity and professionalism
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Work internally with all departments to resolve customer issues
- Participate in any additional departmental projects or tasks as assigned to you
- Meet monthly and quarterly metrics
- Make internal recommendations based on customer feedback and experience
Requirements
- 1-3 years of phone experience
- Comfortable with a heavy inbound call flow
- Fairly technical background
- Ability to manage customer escalations and requests with ease
- Understanding of Intuit Products and Microsoft products preferred
- Comfortable speaking with customers about their future needs to uncover opportunities for the sales teams
- Bi-lingual preferred
