We are seeking a team player who is highly analytical, self-motivated and intellectually curious to join a dynamic and growth-oriented analytics team supporting senior executives.
This role is instrumental in efforts to develop and drive strategy, identify and scope growth initiatives, create frameworks and processes to evaluate the business, be a leader in fact-based decision-making, and to partner across the enterprise to improve overall company performance.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters, depending on location.

Our Compensation range for this role ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, and is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.

Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships across the organization; particularly with company leadership in order to develop ‘trusted advisor’ status
- Identify emerging trends within our market, the organization and key channel partners and engage functional leadership to develop action plans to benefit from those trends
- Build detailed economic models to project future outcomes of proposed growth initiatives (i.e. product pricing & packaging, retention analyses, etc.)
- Leverage methods from diverse disciplines to gain customer insights, draw conclusions and work with business partners to put those insights into action
- Construct detailed hypothesis-driven work plans aimed at key decisions and drive the corresponding action plans
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in similar role(s): analytics, finance, marketing, strategy
- Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability paired with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects; and strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal stakeholders
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
- Solid expertise in MS Excel, with experience building complex models
- Experience building reports in Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Proficient in PowerPoint; must create compelling presentation ‘stories’
- Experience with AI, Machine Learning tools/techniques preferred
- Passion for numbers and incessant curiosity
