Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team. Do you embrace new technology? Do you love solving complex problems? Is customer-centricity in your DNA? As a Product Manager in this role, you will be responsible for a defined product line or solution area within our portfolio. Your primary objective is to create customer and business value by helping define strategy, prioritizing investments, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption of solutions. You will work closely with customers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and collaborate cross-functionally to validate opportunities, guide execution, and drive measurable outcomes.
This role requires a balance of customer insight, strategic thinking, and execution, with a focus on delivering solutions that drive adoption, growth, and long-term success.
This is a hybrid position, with the potential for up to 3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters depending on location.

Responsibilities
Own a defined product line or solution area, driving product line health through strategic roadmap execution, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization
Define and prioritize market problems to solve by developing a deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and segment-specific opportunities within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Ensure all product initiatives are clearly tied to validated customer problems and aligned with overall Product Strategy, delivering measurable customer and business value
Lead structured product discovery to assess opportunity viability, desirability, and feasibility, and translate insights into actionable product direction
Define, track, and manage key performance metrics to evaluate product success, including adoption, engagement, growth, and retention
Use data, customer insights, and market signals to inform prioritization, tradeoff decisions, and continuous improvement of the product line
Contribute to product line strategy by identifying growth opportunities, supporting investment decisions, and aligning roadmap priorities to expected outcomes
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to develop clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to support go-to-market execution, drive product adoption, and enable customer success
Engage with customers and the broader market on an ongoing basis to gather feedback, validate direction, and identify emerging opportunities
Work with partners and ecosystem stakeholders as needed to extend product capabilities and enhance overall customer value
Manage a variety of stakeholders effectively, building alignment, driving clarity in priorities, and fostering trust across evolving business needs
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
Experience driving optimization of a holistic product capability or business through market first intelligence
Experience creating content or delivering stage presentations in a Product role
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

Compensation
Our Compensation range for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, and is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and internal equity. ![]()
