The program runs from June 2nd, 2026, through August 7th, 2026. Interns are expected to work at least three days per week in our Nashua, NH office and commit to the full duration of the program. This opportunity is open to rising seniors only.

Job Overview
Rightworks is looking for a User Experience Intern to help our UX team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to making products and services usable, enjoyable, and accessible for our clients. You'll participate in all phases of the UX design process—from planning the project and conducting user research to creating mock-ups, final visuals, high-fidelity, interactive prototypes, testing with users, and reviewing the final products.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting designers as they work to make products useful and usable for consumers. Your duties span product research, information architecture (IA), wireframe creation, prototyping, and product testing under the direction of an experienced designer or team.  
  • Collaborating on design solutions. 
  • Supporting the FIGMA Component Library and style guide with updates and modifications as directed. 
  • Maintaining design standards, adapting based on feedback. 
  • Ensuring quality delivery of the project work. Be able to speak about the design requirements and decisions.    
Requirements
  • Rising Senior with coursework, projects and/or a major in areas such as Design, Digital Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Product Design, and Human Factors
  • Classwork and/or experience in design tools such as Figma and design flows for user journeys.
  • Ability to support multiple concurrent tasks and ability to work with delivery teams.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • An enthusiasm for digital product design and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
  • Travel to Nashua, NH office 3 times per week.
